Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we offer flexibility with our cancellation policy:
Cancellations are required at least 24hrs in advance. A cancellation fee of $50 will only apply if you no-call, no-show to your appointment and attempt to book another future service.
If you're running late, we allow a grace period of 15 minutes. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will need to reschedule at a later time.
